Translation and localization

About EasyQLab
EasyQLab checks translated, laid-out documents in every language, page by page, before they reach the client. It was built by two founders: one with more than fifteen years in the translation and localization industry, the other a software engineer who builds AI-assisted products.
How it started
EasyQLab grew out of the daily work of a DTP team that lays out and delivers documents in fifteen languages or more for clients in the United States: insurance, healthcare and food companies.
Every project ended the same way. Someone had to open each language next to the original and go through it page by page. Is every paragraph there? Do the phone numbers match? Did the Arabic layout mirror? Was a sentence left in English? With twenty languages that takes days, and nobody on the team reads all of them.
The errors that got through were rarely the hard ones. They were a missing line, a changed digit, a box nobody translated. And it was the client who found them.
So we built the tool we wanted at the end of every project: one that reads every page of every language, applies the same rules to all of them, marks each problem where it is and says which languages are ready to ship.

A software engineer who builds AI-assisted products. Builds the engine: reading the pages, pairing each paragraph with its translation, the checks and the report.
What we do differently
Not a sample. Each page of each translation is compared with the original.
Every language runs the same checks against the same thresholds, so a verdict means the same thing in French and in Urdu.
The languages are also compared with each other. When one differs from the rest in colour, typeface or size, you see which one.
An annotated PDF per language, a CSV of the findings and a summary with the verdict of each language.
Mission
That no translated document reaches a client with an error a machine could have found.
Vision
Quality control as a standard step of every multilingual delivery, the way spell-check is for text.
EasyQLab doesn't judge style or tone, and it doesn't sign off a delivery. It does the page-by-page comparison nobody has time for, and shows your reviewer where to look.
