Projects, dashboard and billing

Find a project and reopen its analyses, finish or delete it, read your usage on the Dashboard and in Billing, and see how your organization shares its work.

Projects

Projects, in the menu, lists every project of your organization, the most recent first. Each row is a summary; click it to unfold the project.

The Projects list with one project unfolded: its actions, its summary, its numbered analyses with verdicts, and its stored files
A project unfolded: the actions at the top, then its analyses (newest first, each with its run number and verdict) and its stored files.

Inside a project

An unfolded project shows, from top to bottom:

+ New project creates another project; see Create the project.

Run numbers. Each analysis of a project gets the next number: "Run number 3 of this project". Running the same files again gives you a new run next to the old one; the earlier one stays exactly as it was.

Opening a saved analysis

  1. Open the project in Projects.
  2. Click open next to the analysis.

What you'll see: "Restoring the pages…" while the stored files are downloaded to draw the pages again. The findings are already there: they are the ones from that run, and they are not recalculated. What you ignored, your Real error and Not an error decisions, your edits and your QA comments come back with them.

A saved analysis reopened: the project verdict and the language cards as they were saved
A reopened analysis looks exactly as you left it, decisions included.
If the screen says "This analysis has no stored pages" or "The pages could not be restored", the findings are still complete. To see the pages again, run the analysis once more with the same files.

Finishing and reopening a project

When a job is delivered, click Mark as finished in the project. "This project is finished: no new analyses can be run. Nothing was deleted — reopen it whenever you need to."

Click Reopen project whenever you need to work on it again: a second round, a late correction, a question from the client.

Deleting a project

  1. Click Delete project inside the project.
  2. Read the warning. It names the project and says how many analyses and findings go with it.
  3. Type delete to confirm, exactly. Anything else gets "It does not match. Type delete, exactly."
  4. Click Delete permanently.
This cannot be undone. The project is deleted with everything in it: its analyses, its findings and every stored file. Usage already billed is not deleted: it stays on the Billing page, marked deleted.

Dashboard

The Dashboard (Usage and projects) is the first screen after signing in. It shows your organization's activity for the current period, and says so: "The dashboard shows the current period, … to …".

The Dashboard: the title, the Showing and Month selectors, and the four cards Characters processed, Projects, Findings and Active checks
The four cards. The first one, characters processed, is the figure usage is billed by.

Choosing what it shows

The four cards

CardWhat it shows
Characters processedThe characters analysed in the period. If your plan includes a quota, a bar shows how much of it you've used ("of … in the plan · 42%"), and the dates of the period.
ProjectsProjects with activity in the period, how many files were analysed (and how many came from quick analyses), and the total number of projects.
FindingsHow many findings, and how many of high severity.
Active checksHow many checks are on in the profile you're using, out of the checks available, and how many review profiles you have.

The panels

PanelWhat it shows
Latest projectsThe most recent projects, to jump back in.
Findings by severityThe findings split from 1 to 5.
Top projects by usageCharacters processed per project in the period.
Files by languageHow many files were analysed in each language in the period.

Download CSV exports the data as a spreadsheet. New project takes you straight to the form.

Why the Dashboard and a project can disagree. The Dashboard adds up every analysis of a project, every run included, and only counts projects that still exist: "deleting one takes its analyses with it. Usage is never deleted and lives in Billing."

Billing

Billing, at the bottom of the menu, is your usage record: "What was used, analysis by analysis." EasyQLab is billed per character processed. Quick analyses use no storage but are billed all the same.

The Billing page: filters, totals, the usage by project and the table of usage records
One row per analysis. The totals at the top follow the filters.

Filters

Totals and charts

At the top: analyses, characters, thousands (of characters), pages and quick analyses in what you filtered. When pages were read by the AI, two more totals appear: AI pages and AI cost.

What a usage record is

Each row of the table is one analysis: Date, Project, reference, Client, File, Languages, Pages, Characters, findings and Type (full, quick, or the AI pages read). A second round is a row of its own, for that language only.

A usage record stays even if you delete the project later; it is marked deleted ("The project was deleted. The usage is billed all the same."). Download CSV exports the record.

There is no online payment in the app, and plans can't be changed from the screen: your plan and invoices are handled by the EasyQLab team.

Your organization

Every project, file and setting belongs to an organization. Nobody outside it sees them.

Inviting members or changing roles from the screen is not available yet. To add someone to your organization, contact the EasyQLab team.
